I am having problems making a card payment / my card keeps being rejected
Please be careful when entering your details. It is very easy to get your details entered incorrectly. One of the main reasons for cards being rejected is that they can be registered to a different address to the one where you have asked the delivery to be made to.
To prevent this from happening please make sure that you enter both the delivery address and the registered card address when checking out.
Why haven't I received any confirmation or dispatch emails?
When you have placed and paid for an item through the website you should receive an email within a few minutes. You will also receive an email once the item you have ordered has been dispatched from us.
If you haven't received any emails please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help. The main reasons for the emails not getting through are:
* The emails have been directed into your spam / junk folders - please add email@example.com to your address book to prevent this from happening.
* When checking out, the email address has been entered incorrectly.
