Phurnacite is a smokeless fuel briquette. It was originally developed for Aga's and Rayburns and has been manufactured for over 50 years. It has a long burn time and can last up to 18 hours. Phurnacite burns through completely leaving no waste, just ash.

It gives a consistent high heat output, unlike traditional house coal, Phurnacite always give a consistent burn. They are a 'hard' ovoid - this means that they don't degrade or weather like other ovoids and therefore you get less slack within the bags.
